Damages and issues
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it. If item(s) arrive damaged please send photo's to info@tallpoppygourmet.com.au or SMS 0436 288 628 and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your photos of your damaged item(s) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
