Wild Lime & Macadamia Satay Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Butterflied chicken
1 bottle Tall Poppy Gourmet Wild Lime & Macadamia Satay
Method:
Place the chicken and 180ml of satay in a
bowl, massage the chicken so that it is
completely coated. Marinate in the
refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 2
hours.
Preheat barbecue to medium. Remove
chicken from the marinade and place on an
oiled barbecue skin side down. Slowly
barbecue for 13-15minutes or until skin is
golden brown and crisp.
Turn the chicken over, close the barbecue
cover and continue cooking for about 20
minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with Wild Lime & Macadamia Satay on
the side.
