Grilled Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 450g Asparagus, trimmed
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup Tall Poppy Gourmet Caramelised Balsamic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Method:
- Heat frypan on high heat. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place asparagus on the fry pan, and cook, until tender, 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the asparagus to a serving platter. Drizzle with Tall Poppy Gourmet Caramelised Balsamic and more olive oil.
- Sprinkle with pine nuts and parmesan. Serve warm
