Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 450g Asparagus, trimmed
  • 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Tall Poppy Gourmet Caramelised Balsamic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese

Method:

  • Heat frypan on high heat. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place asparagus on the fry pan, and cook, until tender, 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the asparagus to a serving platter. Drizzle with Tall Poppy Gourmet Caramelised Balsamic and more olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with pine nuts and parmesan. Serve warm
